Enterprise Flex Support

The Enterprise Flex Support Services contracts provides Enterprises with 24 / 7 support on critical infrastructure, an allotment of training credits for continuing education, and provisions for professional advisory services. All these services can be interchanged among themselves providing just in time services as needed. Unlike other support agreements that are vendor specific and lock you into a specific type of support, Our Flex agreements are not limited to single vendor solutions and provide the flexibility to reconfigure the delivery of services throughout the contract period as needed.
