Having attended the University of Florida and Florida International University, Andrew earned a Bachelors degree in Finance, a minor in Accounting, and a strong background in Computer Sciences.
The knowledge acquired in his schooling, his experiences as a controller of two medium sized companies, and his natural ability in interacting with and understanding computers and computerized information systems, allows Andrew Medina to understand the issues facing businesses today from different perspectives. He is able to interact with top management on their strategic issues, relate to the operational concerns of the accounting department, and communicate the requirements to the MIS department. This combination of abilities proves to be a valuable asset for the understanding and providing solutions to the client's issues.
Steve Zoberg
Vice President of Operations
Upon completing his studies of Accounting at the University of Miami, Steve started his career teaching accounting and computers at a local night school. Soon realizing that his passion was in technology, Steve Zoberg opened his first business in 1992 repairing, assembling and integrating computer systems. Steve eventually became a major partner with Systems Integration Group. At Systems Integration Group, Steve Zoberg obtained the necessary skills to not only work with systems but also further understand the complexities of being a business owner and project manager. Having acquired a good understanding of other business's IT needs, Steve left Systems Integration Group to become a partner in Synergy.
Steve coordinates the company's engineering staff and their daily operations. As a partner at Synergy, Steve Zoberg is consistently on top of the technological front, Steve Zoberg is always at home living in the future.
Richard Santamaria MCDBA, CCA
Director of Software Development/Senior Systems Engineer
Richard graduated from the University of Florida in 1994 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering. Upon graduating, Richard was recruited by Martin Marietta into their Engineering Leadership Development Program. During Richard’s time with Martin Marietta he acquired extensive experience with hardware development and some experience with software development and source control. After having completed the ELDP program, Richard decided that he preferred software instead of hardware and left Lockheed Martin* to work for Cambridge Technology Partners. At Cambridge, Richard acquired experience in the areas of Graphical User Interfaces, Database Design, Business Process Analysis, and major application deployment. In the last few years Richard has renentered the engineering aspect of the business and now routinely deploys Citrix, Microsoft Active Directory, and MS Clustering implementations.
Richard has been with Synergy Development Consulting since 1998, and a partner since 2002.
